Schedule a Consultation with
Dr. Jason McCloskey.

Dr. McCloskey has been providing personalized consulting services to pre-professional students for almost a decade, guiding them with questions ranging from owning and operating their own clinics to specific clinical questions involving patient management. These consultations have saved students thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours in mistakes, refined their clinical skill sets, and meaningfully improved patient outcomes.

The student is welcome to schedule a private 1:1 video teleconference consultation, although the typical practice is for the student to organize a group of classmates/peers (maximum of 5) to split the consultation fee ($125/hr). By scheduling a group consultation, the students get the additional benefit of diverse questions and perspectives for the group, while also saving money on the overall consultation cost.

Depending on the specific goals of the consultation, we may send you an additional document package you need to set up a consultation with Dr. McCloskey.

Once we have all of the required information, we will send you an email for scheduling.

“Perhaps the bigger question is why I make the effort. The short answer is that I read widely to prepare myself for whatever might come along in the clinic. My biggest fear is the one that got away, the important discovery that I missed because I couldn’t see it for what it was. It’s this fear that drives me to cast my intellectual net widely so that I have the broad foundation I need to see my patients from multiple angles. Given the limited number of hours in each day, it can be tempting to read only in my sub-discipline, but I know that doing so would ultimately limit the kinds of connections I can draw. Fortune favors the prepared mind, as Louis Pasteur famously said to explain his scientific success, and I am doing my best to be prepared. Student, you do not study to pass the test. You study to prepare for the day when you are the only thing between a patient and the grave.”
